Why is Microsoft acting like an invader when we use xbox or microsoft store?

• Are you using an Xbox console or just a computer?

• What edition of Forza game were installed on your device?

For one the files are encrypted as it's a anti cheat measure

Only games that support. moding support editing

Messing with the xbox container files is not a good thing

Remember all of them are part of your registery

And they aren't exes you can touch

Why do we have call Microsoft to cancel xbox live service and it under protection act?

For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

• Is your Xbox App and Microsoft Store App using the same Account?
  

Based in your description, it seems like your Xbox App and Microsoft Store app is using different account. That was why when you log in to your Xbox App your Microsoft Store keep on logging Off. In this case, both App should have the same Microsoft account. Please sure as well the Xbox App, Microsoft Store app and Gaming services should be up-to-date to avoid issue moving forward.
