Why is live still not working right?!?!?!?!

Ok I will give you the hack, but why are we still having problems!? I cant play with friend and or see my friends list. I pay for 4 live accounts. If things are going to be this crappy all the time you should make live free. We pay for a good service that
works. we should get just that.

My console won't work properly

yeah, its still not working, my xbox live running, so i don't know why it wont update :S and its still really slow.

 

Xbox live gold12 months

i bought xbox live gold 12 months. Why does it not work? Got a new one from the store, still not working!

 

Call your ISP. My Live has been working fine.

 

My Live has also not been working. It's not a problem with an ISP. I have stellar internet service and I can't stay logged in to xbox live for more than a minute or two.

 

I have been able to play for 5-7 minutes, then get booted off either XBL or get an ERROR code of some sort. ONLY today was I actually able to play for an HOUR before I got booted again from XBL... It's NOT an ISP problem... I live in FLORIDA, BTW. Maybe
it's a state issue

 

Phoenix, AZ here. I too have been constantly d/c'd from Xbox Live on both my 360 and my ONE. If I shutdown and restart the console, I'll be good for almost an hour. As soon as it starts happening though, reconnecting to LIVE results in a 30 second connection
at most. First time this has happened to me on either console. I should note that I do not get any error message when this happens other than that I've been d/c'd from LIVE. Network tests reveal nothing out of the ordinary, a perfectly stable and open connection.
