    It keeps telling me that I'm not connected to the internet when I obviously am? It won't allow me to login and wants me to play as a guest. Why?

    cannot sign into my account.....keeps telling me I don't have internet....but I do!

    I have internet...everything else is working. I just can't get into my solitaire collection or sign into my account. It keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet.

    It will let me continue on as a guest.

    Hello there!



    After having looked into your status code, I found a troubleshoot. Try the following:



    A storage device (memory unit or hard drive) was not found during the software update. Follow these steps:

    1. Turn off your console.
    2. Remove all console storage devices, including any USB flash drives, external hard drives, or the internal hard drive on the Xbox 360 S console. Learn
      how to remove the hard drive      .
    3. Add your primary storage device, for example, the hard drive.
    4. Turn on the console
    5. Try updating the console again.

    Have you tried rebooting your console? Something as simple as that can fix networking problems.

    password does not save, kinect doesn't log me in.

    I have had the exact same issue since launch. I have had to input my password (with the setting as saved) each time I login and it tells me to "sign in with controller." If I am not connected to the internet it will sign me in correctly with kinect, but
    will say bye when I connect online and forces me to sign in with a password . It recognizes me since it says my username when it tells me to sign in with controller. If there is a solution to this please let me know. Thanks.
