    Why is it taking so long to get my account back when it said less than 24 hours???less than 24


    A few days ago, I was randomly signed out of my account due to "security reasons". God forbid I sign into a friend's Xbox using my account. I went through the whole tedious process and gave all the information it required me to and said that my request would be processed in 24 hours. ITS BEEN 3 1/2 DAYS!!! I've spent hundreds of dollars on that account and now it seems like I've just lost it cuz of Microsofts piece of sh*t service. Thanks for taking executive action on MY account without letting ME know anything about it. I. WANT. MY. ACCOUNT. BACK.

    It takes more than 24 hours to do a case review depending on the case load at the time. That is why it is not worth letting people file a review for something that is 24 hours or less. If they did no other case reviews would ever get done.

    Case review can not be done if the suspension is 24 hours or less. It takes more than 24 hours for the case review to be investigated again.

    Sometimes it can take 24 hours for an achievement to register, you can try a power cycle on your xbox (hold power button for 10 seconds then wait 30 and turn back on) and that might force a sync.

    How long has it been? if its less than 24 hours wait and see if it gets registered after that.
