why is it so hard to get to a support person for help?

I am having multiple problems with the x1. black screens on ghosts,or going to campaign, or having to reinstall and it is slower after each install. it's a pain in the butt to get party started , why do I have to leave lobby when I blocked some one, hardcore
search and destroy, how am I supposed to convince my clan mates that on 360 to come here when theirs works fine.

My son's access got suspended by a bully with no investigation of his side. I figured out how to submit a review, but you have to get all 12 pre-application questions about xbox policy correct or you can't submit anything. It is really difficult to get
a hold of an actual person at Xbox - which I still haven't been able to do successfully. How does someone get in touch with Xbox Microsoft employees? It's ridiculous. I pay for the service my son receives and then he doesn't get to state his side. Sounds
fair.

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. You can contact support via phone or chat (http://support.xbox.com/contact-us) but they do not handle suspensions/bans so they would
not be able to do anything. The enforcement team does investigate complaints before issuing suspensions.

 

The March Update adds better party systems.

I've never had to leave a lobby to block anyone. View their gamer card from in game and block them then just go back to game exactly where you were when you selected to view their gamer card.

 

As far as the black screens, there was a bug introduced in the last update. The fix for this is a soft reset. Press and hold power button for 5-10 seconds. Wait 30 seconds, then press again to turn on. There will be a bit longer loading time while the system
loads. Please be aware this is a temporary fix for a situation that may or may not occur again. This is a known issue that will hopefully be patched soon.

 

this is the 4th time I had to reinstall this game. now i'm losing my preorder and prestige patches and simon ghost mask.

 

stop uninstalling & re-installing the game- that is not the solution to the black screen or the party issue.

Party issue- be sure your NAT is open, also clear alternate MAC address. Also as primitive advised, reboot the system.
