Why is it so hard to get help

I’ve bought a digital game on Xbox series X upon launching and trying to play the game it’s completely broken u cannot turn left you cannot climb u fall in air then float and have to close the game I’ve tried refund other says u cannot refund digital games you have played I’ve tried phoning to get help u just get an automated message saying you don’t accept calls for this type of issue

I want my money back or the game fixed it should be illegal to sell something this broken without warning this is not an early access title and should be removed from the store

So again I’ve been scammed using Microsoft official store and no one is willing to help no phone number a virtual assistance that send you in circles and ends with we don’t accept calls for this type of issues

Actually, when a refund is denied, you can appeal the decision by replying to the email Microsoft sent you.

Furthermore, it is important to mention some conditions about the refund eligibility:

“Refunds are typically issued for requests meeting the following criteria:

Requests are made within 14 days of the purchase date

Requests are for games in which you haven’t accumulated a significant amount of play time (usually this is 2 hours)

you haven't even told us the name of the game you're having issues with

Games that I've been played for more than two hours or it has been two weeks since the purchase, can't be refunded that's true

I’ve done that it’s been 72 hour and nothing no reply’s no refund over the phone would be so much easier but you refuse to let customers contact a real person

Stop allowing scam games to be sold on the store seriously you cannot turn left in a driving game how does this get through testing

stop uninstalling & re-installing the game- that is not the solution to the black screen or the party issue.

Party issue- be sure your NAT is open, also clear alternate MAC address. Also as primitive advised, reboot the system.
