Why is it so hard to get customer service?

The best way is by going to the Xbox Support site, at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us ... answer a few questions about your particular issue, and you'll be presented with various options for contact. The ones you would want will specifically mention
"Microsoft Support". There are some online chat options where you'll talk to Microsoft staff, too.

Another way is via Twitter, by tweeting @XboxSupport

Now me. So basically the company has not satisfied it's clientele thus provided poor CUSTOMER, CUSTOMER, BUYER, PURCHASER,CUSTOMER, CONSUMER, MONEY SPENDER, HARD EARNED MONEY SPENDER, service. The RESPAWN gaming company had over 2 years and they did not
create a product that conforms with the 360 standards. Knowing that 99% of XBOX 360 gamers DOWNLOAD THEIR GAMES TO THE HARD DRIVE. And we all know why we do the games right or need to explain why we do so? Thus RESPAWN provided poor CUSTOMER service.

Ok what is your issue

If it's a game related issue yes they will send you to the developer as customer service IS NOT game support nor do they troubleshoot third party devices

If it is the troubleshooting page for your actual problem that's for you to try

In short we cant help you if you don't describe your issue

If it's not related to xbox but a third party xbox support cannot help no support line can help that except the manufacturer
