Why is it so hard to contact someone at Microsoft?

No answers on twitter. How can i contact someone from xbox or microsoft ? Its so hard to find someone to talk ...

why even create a category and menu option to block someone when i can't do that properly? why is it so hard to block someone?

Ove been to this page alot, ive tried to contact someone to actually talk with a person but the options i select never allow me to get through? My son has been without his xbox for over a week now... why is it so hard to get technical help?

When you upgrade from Game Pass Core to Ultimate, you have to pay for 1 month of Ultimate to complete the conversation. Then, your remaining time for Game Pass Core is converted to Ultimate at a ratio of 3:2.

So while you were charged twice, you still have access to all the subscription time you paid for. This is simply how upgrading works, as such you won't be able to get a refund unless you cancel the entire subscription.

If you're eligible for a refund, you can follow these steps to cancel the subscription:

Sign into your account's subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Find your subscription and select Manage.

Select Cancel subscription and follow the instructions. If you're eligible for a refund, you'll see an option to cancel immediately with a refund.
