Why is it so difficult to group up?

I came back to Xbox a week ago after Battlefield 1 launched. I'm an old Xbox Live player. What has your company done to the party system? We fight for a good 20 minutes every night hoping to get it to work. Could you please fire the clown that thought this
was a good idea? And, while you're at it, fix the problem?

This is why I don’t play with a group of people. It is boring with playing with a group. There is no challenge.

Why, why, why is it so difficult to download new puzzles?

I love doing puzzles. Both on computer and not. What truly irks my nerves is how uncooperative this game reacts and how tragic the support seems to be. Is it really that difficult to get it functioning correctly. I truly dislike finishing a group of
puzzles and select my next set. Of course I can purchase them just fine, they just won't download. What kind of crap is that?!

I really don't want to give up this happy hobby. Please try better than your best to find a permanent working solution! Or I fear you may lose potential players and risk very bad reviews.

I agree. I can't figure out how to use this properly, too. I was in a party with my buddy in FIFA 14. I tried to invite him to a friendly game which is now only possible directly in the game itself and not over XBL. The problem is he does not get this invite
notification as it is not done over XBL but over FIFA, and within FIFA, this invite seems only yo be shown in main menu. Even then it can easily be looked over as it is no standard pop up.

The only way is to coordinate us over voice chat that both people go into the same menu in the game and start from there. This is, with all due respect, horrible. A major drawback from the 360.

the best (and possibly) quickest option in case the website isn't working for you for subscription related stuff is to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat. They are the ones that can cancel/stop a subscription for you too.
