Why is it possible for xbox to issue a PERMANENT ban on accounts that have communication issues

You clearly are fairly new to xbox live.For the last time,it HAS ALWAYS been like this.

How am I a "yes" man by telling you how it is?

I am giving you facts,not opinions,something you just quite seem to grasp,even though it is so simple.

I have been on live pretty much since it began so I know what the rules have been over the years.

You see we get what your saying the point is xbox has the ability to ban coms for a time period right? Alright from saying ONE or TWO curse words you can get banned for a month, EVERYONE curses so why not just REMOVE COMS instead of banning the WHOLE account?
we get you loud and clear you disobey their terms you get banned. but a BAN is the highest of actions, thats basically saying console tampering/cheating is the same as cursing. even games have an ESRB rating as well as say online experience cannot be placed
on the company. We arent saying your wrong man we are saying that the punishment is way to high for such a small thing, not everyone is rated E we all have moments where smack talk will be said even you have had those moments. your just taking things out
of context, you should be issued less of a sentence for cursing, and only issued a temp xbox live ban/ a perma xbox coms ban if something does go to far. I do agree there should be punishment just not the same punishment as someone who actually is harming
the game like a cheater. What can a person do if there coms is off? explain that to me no clan tag can hurt, tbagging does nothing, all you can do is just play the game or make a new acct. Just please see things from a different light its like giving someone
who did a small crime life in prison.

It's like talking to a brick wall.There's no way you have been on live pretty much since it began,you aren't old enough, going by your juvenile posts.

You get plenty of warning that you will be banned if you have to many suspensions.One suspension should be warning enough.

If you keep being banned then you clearly have an issue following rules so as a last resort you are banned because you obviously didn't learn your lesson after the suspensions.

I swear like a trooper but I know when not to swear.You get more chances when it comes to communications than you would do for cheating or tampering.

This how it has always been on live & the rules are there in black & white,you have to agree to these rules before you can start an account.

I don't see the issue here,if someone can't follow a simple set of rules then perhaps online gaming isn't for them.

Look how can you say 5 messages with swearing over 7 years deserves a perma ban? I mean seriously, say that out loud and tell me it doesn't sound ridiculous. If an account has nothing on it, it's a new account then it would be understandable but you do it
to accounts literally worth thousands of dollars and have tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of man hours sunk into them. Does that sound fair? And its not like you give a clear warning saying, hey we don't like what you're doing and you get one
more chance, if we catch you again you will be perma banned. Even though it's still ridiculous, I would understand cause you made it clear, you at least warned me but you don't even do that. Everything about this is pathetically ridiculous, it NEEDS to be
changed.

Doesn't matter how many years you've been on xbox live.if you continue to get suspended you will eventually be banned not matter what the offence's are.

It's always been like this.

Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement & ambassadors are just regular gamers so neither can help you other than directing you to the enforcement site to file a case review.

You just don't get it do you? That's the problem, permanent banning for 5 messages with swearing over several years is pathetic and NO it has not always been like this. It always seems to be the fake gamers who play once a week that say things like that,

If you been banned 5 times and still didn't learn your lesson that the service must be rated e for everyone the only way to get it thru your head is to ban you

Rules are rules you continue to break them you deal with the consequence you been warned multiple times and told multiple times

Its their service and their rules

You don't like them guess what you will be switching consoles alot

Gaming services have rules and regulations breaking them multiple times will result in bans
