Why is it possible for xbox to issue a PERMANENT ban on accounts that have communication issues

I had an account named Magic Nitroz that i had for 8-9 Years, and i played on this account very daily using it to game and record videos for youtube. With that being said i sunk hundreds of dollars into live and digital games over that time period. After
a few run ins with communication issues (4-5 accounts of just profanity some were sent to FRIENDS who thought it was funny to report me) i was issued a perma ban with no way to dispute it. The ban took my games and live, as well as ruined any chance of continuing
playing destiny (over 3,000 hours played and top 300 player). They did not issue a temp ban or say anything to me about it. My issue is the fact that COMMUNICATION can get your account perma banned when they can just ban the coms on that account. They do
not have to remove the account from xbox live, they can issue a temp live ban and a perma coms ban. A permanent ban should ONLY be issued for major offenses like console tampering. Along with saying that, xbox support/"Ambassadors" REFUSE to help you in this
situation even with someone like me who has been on live for 5+ YEARS with multiple people to vouch for me and say that im not the way xbox views me. Everyone has moments when they curse or do something bad, and xbox does not hesitate to give you a coms ban
for that. My purpose for this post is to get the views of you guys on the whole "coms ban" situation and your runs ins with xbox support. The ultimate goal is to get back my 8 year account that was falsely banned. And maybe let xbox see how we feel about their
system

Unbanned but still banned?

I believe you have not been successfully unbanned and there is still a communications ban on your Xbox Live account by the enforcement team. There is nothing you can do to lift that ban unfortunately if it is permanent, however if not permanent you should
see your communications ban lifted after a couple of days, weeks, or months even. I hope this answers your question.

sorry your account is your responsibility at ALL times so if anybody used your account (which is not allowed) and did something to warrant any kind of suspension/ban it is on you. I have NEVER heard of a permanent communication ban they are usually temporary.
you can post in the suspension forum at the bottom of the main support forum to see exactly why you are communications banned but as I said I NEVER heard of a permanent one before so your friends must have REALLY done something bad for them to give one out.

 

Same thing happened to me but with 7+ years and thousands of dollars and 500 dollars in the account at the time of the banning that I was saving for games. They're scumbags and bad at their job mate. You'll never get unbanned, they don't even read case reviews.
All you can do is try and get the attention of someone with genuine power at Microsoft and shine light on the enforcement teams extreme atrocities or there are change.org petitions to sort the enforcement team out that you can sign.

 

Doesn't matter how many years you've been on xbox live.if you continue to get suspended you will eventually be banned not matter what the offence's are.

It's always been like this.

Support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement & ambassadors are just regular gamers so neither can help you other than directing you to the enforcement site to file a case review.

I have been on xbox live since it 2003 so on the original xbox.

The rules were then then & they are there now.

You refuse to listen although it's been explained to you several times so I suggest you get an adult to explain the rules to you in a way you'd understand.

 

If you been banned 5 times and still didn't learn your lesson that the service must be rated e for everyone the only way to get it thru your head is to ban you

Its not rocket science

Rules are rules you continue to break them you deal with the consequence you been warned multiple times and told multiple times

Its their service and their rules

You don't like them guess what you will be switching consoles alot

Gaming services have rules and regulations breaking them multiple times will result in bans

I am giving you facts,not opinions,something you just quite seem to grasp,even though it is so simple.

I have been on live pretty much since it began so I know what the rules have been over the years.

If you can prove otherwise then feel free to prove us wrong.

 

You see we get what your saying the point is xbox has the ability to ban coms for a time period right? Alright from saying ONE or TWO curse words you can get banned for a month, EVERYONE curses so why not just REMOVE COMS instead of banning the WHOLE account?
we get you loud and clear you disobey their terms you get banned. but a BAN is the highest of actions, thats basically saying console tampering/cheating is the same as cursing. even games have an ESRB rating as well as say online experience cannot be placed
on the company. We arent saying your wrong man we are saying that the punishment is way to high for such a small thing, not everyone is rated E we all have moments where smack talk will be said even you have had those moments. your just taking things out
of context, you should be issued less of a sentence for cursing, and only issued a temp xbox live ban/ a perma xbox coms ban if something does go to far. I do agree there should be punishment just not the same punishment as someone who actually is harming
the game like a cheater. What can a person do if there coms is off? explain that to me no clan tag can hurt, tbagging does nothing, all you can do is just play the game or make a new acct. Just please see things from a different light its like giving someone
who did a small crime life in prison.
