Why is it only recognizing my email at certain times?

I took a certain email off of my account years ago and changed it to something else. The problem is that the old email has only appeared on the redeem code of gift card tab.The old email doesn't come up at any other
time.

I'm sure there are yearly summary emails sent my Microsoft detailing time spent on multiple activities?

It may have been a once only thing, but I'm not 100% certain.

You can only dispute a ban within a certain time frame at enforcement.xbox.com/ When the suspension was issued an email will have been sent to the email address linked to your account

Would you mind me asking what region are you in?, I only ask because some DLC is not available to download at all in certain regions. It will recognize it on the marketplace but it will not allow you to download it. That could also explain why you are having
an issue with getting into online MP matches.
