Why is it not working

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Also be aware that there currently is a known issue on Xbox Live with purchasing and using purchased content. See this link for the latest status on that issue:

1. I only have 1 playstation console

2. I'm getting error failed to login

3. I couldn't put a screen shot because it dosent load but this is what the error said
