    Why is it not letting me play my red dead redemption 2 online


    I don’t know why but it wont let me play read dead ONLINE since my game pass expired i still have gold but its a pop up saying “Choose a lab that’s right for you” and it shows me gold or game pass and its asking me to buy gold or game pass even though i have gold and it driving me crazy it also happens with Tom Clancy’s rainbow six siege on disk and it wont let me play realms or join friends in general in Minecraft.

    HELP NEEDED ASAP

    Are you sure that you purchased the full Red Dead Redemption 2 and not just the Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode. If you purchased the Story Mode, then you need to own Red Dead Online in order to play it. Story Mode is just DLC for Red Dead Online and cannot be played or installed without Red Dead Online.

    As of September 13, Red Dead Online has now been removed from Xbox Game Pass. Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode is downloadable content for Red Dead Online and was not included with Game Pass. Therefore, you would have had to purchase it in order to access it.

    For our users that have purchased Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode and are no longer able to access it, you will have to purchase Red Dead Online as it is a requirement.

    Currently you are able to purchase Red Dead Online, Red Dead Redemption 2: Story Mode & Red Dead Redemption 2 (which bundles both the story mode and online)

    Red Dead Redemption 2 No Story Mode Access

    I am having a problem I have red dead redemption 2, I went to restart the game story and I went back on it took me to create a character for online. Which is weird because second disk has the online story that I own. Now please fix this bug you created because I am not paying no damn 39.99 dollars to be able to play my red dead redemption 2 game that I have on disk. I have restart the console and turned off the power of the console and it still shows up game pass and it not letting me play the story mode of red dead redemption 2. Please fix this problem.
