Why is it not letting me launch my game even though I bought it

Is it asking you to buy the game again or asking you to choose a plan for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Live Gold?

When I launch the game, it's asking me to buy the Gamepass to play, even though I bought the game and the dlc from the Microsoft store.

I can't even launch games of discs, you are lucky.

For some reason though, my games on demand's game saves are bugged.

I can hardly launch them either, it keeps saying "Can't Launch *name of game*) and when it works it makes me restart like I had just bought the game.
