Why is it in todays technology, you still can't make things easy

I keep getting messages that my account needs something. I click on the message and get no where as far as bring me to the problem. I spend hours looking through the account, trying to get a clue of what is wrong and of course you give no reference to the
trouble.

To top it off I get an error code on downloading items that I have purchase. The code, of course again can't be easy, no the code has to be long, you can't cut and paste it any where as the message doesn't allow you to select it. Talk about purposely making
something to be even more difficult then it should be. Go to the site and look up the error, and ..... wait ..... there is no reference to the code. double check it change the "0" to "o' and wait .... bet you can guess what happens , your right nothing except that
the message no reference to the code.

It is so nice to spend all this money on an account that is made to be a headache and as usual you are as useful on the website as a screen door in a submarine.

Can you please update your brain *arts and make it just a little more user friendly, you all get paid enough to do that.

Or if it is easier and you can close the account and reimburse the value that I have spent in the account I will be happy to send you all the stuff back. I believe there is a chapter in the MA. General laws called a 92 A or B or some letter. Why not send
the Address associated with the State to me so if this continues .... wait .... yes you will be see it soon.

It is a little strange you can't contact THE technology company by email. That would be super easy.

Can you imagine how amazing Half Life 3 would be with todays technology? HL2 is still one of the best shooters I have played and its what 7 years old??

And yes if they are going to make a OB2 then they should just throw Portal 3 in with it.
