Why is it impossible to get through to customer support? It’s beginning to seem intentional.

I’m from new Brunswick Canada, but as far as the problems I was able to solve it with the help of some friendly people on Reddit. The support pages just wouldn’t load. It would redirect me to a blank white page & nothing would happen. No matter how long I’d wait (thought it might be loading something) & no matter how many times I’d refresh it wouldn’t help. For both the calling and texting option. I’d call the hotline and it would send me a text message to redirect to the same unloadable pages. Not sure if the issue would persist on a pc as I only have to be cellphone to work with but it made it impossible to get tech support.

Kindly follow the steps below to contact our live support team:

Please scroll down and check the lower left of the page and make sure it matches your country/region.

Scroll up and check the Contact Times of the support for available hours.

Select the "Contact Us" button

Select the following drop-down menu options in the following order:
What are you having trouble with? -(xxxxxx)
What's the issue? -(xxxxxx)

The third box will ask you to describe your issue. and then select the "Next" button.

The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

Lastly, should you be unable to follow through the steps in contacting support. You may use the virtual agent on that page and type these exact words: Talk to an agent.

I know how to use the help features. That wasn’t the issue what so ever. They page simply doesn’t load. It stays on a white screen for both the call & text support. My internet connection is fine & everything else on the site loads perfectly. When I click the link to get the support, I’m directed to a page that does nothing.
