    Why is it impossible to get customer service?


    Just bought PUBG from the online store and trying to play it but it keeps telling me I don’t have Xbox Live. Literally just bought it twice in a row and was charged twice and still keeps saying I don’t have Xbox live. Tried to use the customer service agent but
    it won’t even let me get a phone number to call to sort this out. Terrible service you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

    Why is it impossible to change regions?

    You do have a point there, I don't know why they haven't implemented this yet.

    But the workaround at the moment is to make a new account, buy the correct points from the new region and you will still be able to use your main gamertag to access all of your Downloadable Content that was downloaded on the "dummy" account.

    And when/if your console fails? I understand what you mean , and it is a valid workaround. Though it is a solution to a problem which shouldn't exist.

    Thanks for the quick reply though! This issue isn't even that difficult to fix, I can change my iTunes region even from SA to US, obviously providing the correct information.

    Hopefully this might be noticed and one day fixed, MS can use all the well-being from its overseas customers as it can handle, considering how gutted some of its services are anywhere but US/UK.

    endless loop for help

    i have now had the update sorted, i still dont understand why it is impossible to get any help from this company or why it is when you do do as the site tells you it will not help, only sticks you in a loop of tabs to not get any help. still hands down the
    worse customer service in the world.

    Xbox Controller Has Connection Issues

    I got the same problem and recently my controller started disconnecting constantly making games unplayable. Unfortunately it is impossible to get in touch with their Service department, no phone is shown, no chat is shown, nothing. I can't report the problem.

    PS: I am trying to get in touch with Xbox's spanish customer service.

    I find it very frustrating that I'm trying to resolve the expired cc issue and all I get is roadblocks, vague information and told to contact support with a 90 minute callback time. My Gold account is suspended because I can't make a payment yet Microsoft
    makes it impossible for me to fix the problem unless I call. Amazon and Google Store don't make me call support to take my money. Why can't I check a box that says use this credit card as default? This is absolutely crappy design and customer service. I'm
    about to go to Android over such poor design and customer service.
