Why is it Every time i install a game. It will randomly stop at moments?

Try these procedures: Turn off the console by pressing and holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for at least 10 seconds. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. Turn off your Xbox One.
When the lights on the front of the Xbox One and on the power adapter go out, unplug the power adapter on the back of your console.
Wait at least 30 seconds.

I don't know why my game keeps stopping all the time randomly wen I'm playing football

This happens to me randomly and IDK why for anything. The easiest path is to delete the game and reinstall. Works for me every time.

It is befors the game even launches. I am unable to even install or update the game as it says installation stopped every time I try to update it

My Microsoft Solitaire Collection keeps crashing as well. I uninstall, then wait a bit and re-install, and it works until I stop playing and go on to something else or stop for the day. Then I have to do the same process every time. This doesn't happen
with the other games I have, why this one?
