    Let's see what you all have to say to this, because I'm outraged at what happened to a friend last night, and I will not tolerate this negligence on Microsoft's behalf. The user who insulted and harassed her should be suspended.

    Please have your friend report the person that is causing the problem. I would also suggest that your friend block them so contact cannot be made.

    All you can do is report and block the person and not reply to them again.

    The enforcement team will investigate the report and take appropriate action against the account.
