    because it is up to the dev/publisher which part of gamepass the game is allowed on, they obviously allowed it for pc gamepass but not console.

    Hi Deadly, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    It will depend on the game developer/publisher when it comes to adding games to the Xbox Game Pass library.

    Hopefully, it will be added soon.

    The game has been released on the PC for quite a while, I get the feeling that the developer/publisher has seen the sales figures drop off and they are now happy for the game to go onto Games Pass for PC.

    On the console side though its just been released, I guess they want to get some sales first and only then will they consider releasing it on Games Pass.

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. I believe it is a specific problem with this game, I found a thread on Reddit where numerous people are having the same problem, in the Xbox app on the PC it is said that it is included with game pass, but when starting it or trying to download it is shown option to buy the game, I believe it's a bug and soon Microsoft will fix it.
