why is forza horizon 3 crashing and wont connect to multiplayer but all my other games work?

forza horizon 3 keeps crashing at load screen called xbox and went through all troubleshooting steps and nothing seems to be working somebody please help

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. What happens when you try to play Forza Horizon 3? Do you get an error message/code when the game crashes? Have you guys done any sort of troubleshooting yet?

Hi, I have the same problem, my game made freeze my pc when I click on continue or during loading. The day before this problem, my game worked very well. Help me please, I tried several solutions but nothing works !

 

try restarting your console and see if it helps.

Or you might have to delete the game and reinstall
