WHY IS FORZA HORIZON 3 CONSTANTLY CRASHING ???, , can anyone help with this as XBOX support ...

Can anyone shed light on or help with the constant game crashing of FORZA Horizon 3 on Xbox one, since reaching level 573 the game has regularly crashed, losing levels, xp, credits, cars, active auction cars ?????, have called Xbox support many times, have
tried the support website and live chat to no avail, does Microsoft have any intention of fixing this faulty product of a game or can people get a full refund of all monies paid for it ?, no one seems to wish to help fix the issues that just keep re occurring
and it is honestly getting beyond frustrating with NO HELP WHATSOEVER FORM XBOX SUPPORT.
