Why is everyones communications offense in june resulting in an extension to september?

I heard that most peoples communication ban dosent fully wear off after the ban has ended. even days later they still dont have full privilege after they serve the time. so i look further into this and the most recent suspensions (June most likely) that
are lifted gets extended to september. Even 24 hour suspensions. did someone update the code of conduct or...?

No email or response from the enforcement team after they wrongfully extended my ban for nothing.

I've been sent to this forum from a Xbox support manager in hope if myself knowing what is happening to my suspended account I got suspended from communication on the 24th may until the 9th of June and on the 26th of June I was banned off Xbox live until
the 11th June which both to be fair was my own fault but then when my communication ban was up on the 9th It still said I couldnt communicate so I asked support and they said It was extended until the 3rd of September and what I would like to know is why are
they not communicating with me (The enforcement team) this is against my rights as a customer and I think I should of been told of this extension but still after 2 months here I am still no email from them.

Yes, and that's exactly what I said should be a one time offense resulting in an immediate perma-ban.

Well two things any punishment would show up on enforcement.xbox.com

Remember multiple suspensions show up separately and only served one at a time and are for seperate offensives usually found while they were investigation of the first offence

Best policy keep it clean and human and you can join 99.9% of live and have a clean record

However in cases with no current suspension it's mostly due to people not following troubleshooting steps properly

One when we say power cycle and delete and recover your account we do mean that

We don't mean push it for 10 seconds to standby mode

We mean power down then unplug it from the wall for ,20 seconds then plug it back

The second code was suppose to be stackable in order to get the extra 3 months.

Went back to EBGames and they told me to contact microsoft and they said code should not expire, at least not after a month.

Code was bought in June 2018

I tried to enter the second code in july, then in september then yesterday with the same result.

Also tried to redeem on another account just to try but same result.
