Why is connectivity with Bethesda so difficult when i'm trying to play my favorite games?

For months I have had issues with connecting with Bethesda. I'm supposed to automatically be connected. But it rarely happens. When it does finally connect, 5 minutes latter I can't connect again. This makes it very difficultto make adjustments to my mods,
and I understand that playing with mods is a wonderful privilege witch I greatly appreciate but not when you cant play the game you love. So today I went Betheda.net to ask them but I couldn't login, incorrect email or password is said. I requested a password
reset right nothing 6 times over many hours and still nothing but earlier today they were able to send a add to my email address? So whats really going on over there at Bethesda anyway I wonder? This is by far my all time favorite game developer ever. Why
don't they just fix the issue? Oh nobody's able to connect, that must be it right! So here I am pleading to Bethesda to wakeup we still suport you, but it's a two way street full of traffic and the longer your just standing there the more likely you're going
to get hurt so wake up before it's to late. Please return to supporting us as we have you. Thank you

I'm sorry but whoever from Microsoft recommended posting here for a Bethesda account password issue misinformed you because we cannot help with a password reset.

It's possible you are not receiving any emails for the password reset because you may have used a different email to set up your Bethesda account that you no longer use or have access to. You will need to speak to a Bethesda representative directly to help
you with this issue.

Go to https://help.bethesda.net/ and submit a support ticket with them.

I will now be locking this thread since there is no further resolution here on the Xbox forums. Feel free to come back to the forums if you have any Xbox related questions.

if you had read my message you would know I tryed to contact them six times yesterday before this post, and once more after it Seven total. To simply reset my password. Today I still havent recived a reset responce.

If they don't reply to your password reset you can't post can you? 7 password resets requests yesterday still no email today.
