    Why is Cloud not reconizing my controller?


    Sorry for my english, im trying to play COD BO6 on my Xbox one using the cloud but when the game lauches my controller doesn't work, i tried press every button but nothing happens i tried reset the console 3 times but nothing changed. what do i do?

    My Turtle Beach Recon Controller (Designed For Xbox) isnt working on Xbox cloud gaming!

    Its not the 'Recon Hybrid Game Controller' , My controller is the Turtle Beach Recon Controller and whenever I plug it in it doesnt detect it on XBOX cloud gaming. My controller works on normal games but it doesnt detect on Xbox cloud gaming .

    Hi, Mohammed! I am afraid there are only two Turtle beach controller that works via cloud gaming at the moment. Controllers not on the list might not work as intended even if they’re designed for Xbox. Please check : https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/...

    Recon Cloud Hybrid Game Controller (USB or Bluetooth connection)

    Atom Controller (Android) (Bluetooth connection)

    Note The list of controllers that follows isn’t exhaustive. Other controllers may or may not work for cloud gaming.

    Xbox controller constantly keeps my mic on.

    The recon 50x. It works fine with my 7 year old Xbox controller but both my new controllers it doesn't work.
