Why is Cloud gaming just bad on my xbox console ???

Im trying to play games using Cloud Gaming on the actual xbox series x console itself. So rather than install - I just click play on the cloud icon.Hower, its really bad...the audio is choppy and the whole screen pixelated, even managing to get into the game and try and move is impossible due to so pixelated.

The console is plugged in to a monitor 27inch and console is plugged directly to router via ethernet cable. I have installed the cloud gaming app on my ipad and play the same game and it plays perfectly - no audio or video problems and the ipad is using wifi. I would think ethernet should be better and playing on console iteself would be better so why am I having this problem and how to sort it?

I mean to not be able ot play cloud on console but, ipad works perfect seems bizare and odd to me. I have no idea how to remedy.

I have trried reseting xbox with signing out and doing the the factory reset but keeping games and apps. i have tried rebooting router but, makes no difference and everything else works fine and console works for downloading and then playing installed games - just seems messed up trying to play any games on console via cloud gaming.

I have just tried running in browser on my laptop and it also played perfect - so why is it just not working on my xbox console iteself? About to try the browser if possible - I wonder if its just launching the game directly from dashboard to play via cloud - something is messing it up ? Really very odd...

So yeh launched from browser and also looked fine - so what on earth going on here - I launch the game from xbox dashboard directly to play with cloud gaming and then its all choppy and pixelated... this is driving me crazy...

Yes NONE of that applies or makes any difference.

Did yoiu read that I have the console connected via Ethernet. My internet speed is perfectly fine and in in UK.

Its funny how the same internet will work my Ipad on wifi perfectly for cloud gaming.

I have also used my xbox browser to access cloud gaming and it plays perfectly in browser but, then wont recognise my controller.

Its when I launch the game directly from dashboard as a cloud game - its just terrible as said - all pixelated and choppy sound - how can it do this but, on same console via browser be perfect ?

I have also done a factory reset on the console and that has made no difference.

I have used my laptop which is old on same wifi internet in a browser (edge) and that works perfectly too.

So its not a case of poor speed etc. its something to do with launching from the console dashboard that it triggering this...

Not getting anywhere with chat.

There are NO errors - it works just not well.

As keep saying the video is all pixelated and blocky when play with cloud gaming on console.

If I install the game it plays perfect.

If I use cloud gaming on the console browser it works perfect too just the controller is not recognised but, video etc. looks fine.

If I use cloud gaming on my Ipad it works perfectly.

Why would this be but, NOT work directly from the console itself ?

I want this resolved and not put off - I cant be the only one surely???

I'm afraid this is not something that we're equipped to diagnose remotely, I suggest you hold down the Xbox guide button on the controller and go to report a problem and reported there so that there is a direct memory dumb to the people that might be able to solve it

Xbox cloud gaming is a joke I agree always says alot of people are playing and I want for 20 min just to play a game that keeps freezing or looks like its from the 80s gonna end up switching to Playstation xbox is getting worse with stuff
