Why is cloud gaming always in a que has been for 4 hours now

You can turn off your router and turn it on again.

Yeah, idk what happened. I've always uninstalled games to make room for others, but always the data has been on the cloud. But now whenever I go to those games and go to manage games there's no account and no data, almost as if the game was brand new.
It's really frustrating because I have like 100 hours on skyrim and i was taking a break, now all that data's gone without a trace

Cloud that message has been up for 6 hours now. Would be nice for a little different message after 6 hours.

Burst..... Titanfall. Destiny. Always online games. No bullet to bite. Why are they not using the full potential of the cloud. Because it does not work the way they say. That is fact.

I have been playing Fortnite on Xbox cloud for a long time and the longest time I had to wait was 30 minutes. Since Starfield came out it’s now saying 240 minutes = 4 hours and then once it reaches 4 hours it says it’s taking longer than expected and continues in queue until it decides to disconnect me. Haven’t been able to play Fortnite for a few days. So much for paying for the Battle Pass to then in turn not be able to access the game. Absolutely ridiculous!
