Why is all of my accounts still banned after the ban date is over

My account was suppose to be unbanned yesterday but it still communication banned for some reason. I can’t contact them cause at Microsoft it say I’m not ban and I can’t review th case

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

 

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset and re adding the account.

You could have been given an extension on the ban. You'll want to try contact support to find out when it ends (they will not have any further information regarding the ban). 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

 

If you have multiple accounts, they look at this and include them in the ban based on accounts address, ipaddress....and other factors. It is a code violation to use a second account to get around a ban

 

Sounds like a console privilege suspension.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop this.

 

I have the same problem but I got an email from XBLPetPublic saying I was banned for 100 days I'm still banned till this day.

 

But they said I could still play online games but I can't.
