Why is all content in-game being filtered on my xbox?

I have an adult account an two child accounts on my Xbox One. When on my adult account I constantly deal with content being filtered in-game to where I can't see it and it's becoming very annoying and quite frankly aggravating. Does anyone know how I can
fix this?

You are so abusive when you are triggering the content filter is very obvious what the filtered words are....you need to step away from the keyboard if you get so angry you have to rely on the content filter to edit your rants
