I've been dealing with this for over a year and not a single agent has been able to help what am I supposed to do not like you'll send me a new console or anything because that'd "cut company revenue" but you're the ones who designed it to fail after 8 years anyways

I literally just wanna play with my friends but I can't even do that it's not even supposed to be broken I treat it perfectly
