Why is 2k still up and why have I not been contacted about a refund?

Have the same problem. Was told by Xbox Support on Twitter that there is nothing they can do and to contact 2K instead. Of course 2K hasn't replied yet. Just don't understand why I cannot dl a game I have purchased regardless if it

is delisted or not. As long as someone has Yaris in their history they can still reload it from there and that game has been delisted for years....

Michael, when the subscription is billed on a recurring basis, it is not included in the refund terms. Therefore, it is recommended to cancel before charging.

What you can do is activate the subscription again, but deactivate the recurring billing so you don't get charged again.

I wouldn't have thought so, it normally takes a few days for a direct debit to be cancelled by the banks.

If this is the case why haven't we been issued a refund for this? I bought the game too but have still yet to play it. If they have taken it from Live like Dreamfall then why no refund?? We paid for this...
