    I dont understand how it is 2017 and I am a United States citizen serving overseas and I cannot sync my account up to make purchases on Xbox live because of where I live?! Talk about a trash ass company, I mean what the hell do you have against Guam? It's a
    U.S territory Microsoft, just like **** Puerto Rico, you got that as an option, but not Guam. It seems like you just cant quite figure it out, way to go guys!

    Why can't I purchase borderlands 2 with games with gold? When I try to purchase it on my Xbox one, it says I can't make the purchase on the website even though I'm not on it.

    so for some reason i stopped being able to use my paypal account to make any purchases through xbox live marketplace (games, dlc, etc.) even though i can still use it to make purchases from microsoftstore.com & it's currently the method of payment for both
    my xbox live gold membership & ea access? why?

    because Puerto Rico isn't continental usa

    In order to use it as a military personnel you must use the military address and you can contact support for help with that

    No, as I know many people stationed in Guam that are friends with the locals, and they create windows Live ID's using friends addresses in the USA. Just make sure if you purchase pre paid cards for Xbox Live they are regioned for the USA. Because of the
    time line difference of where your located it is trying to push you as Pacific rim region but many people in Guam play with us all the time. Find friends in your area or local game stores that can help you out with this.

    Thanks for your reply, and I understand that we are an overseas territory, but a US territory none the less. I just can't understand why you can choose Puerto Rico on the drop down menu but not Guam, CNMI, US Virgin Islands. There are a lot of XBOX fans
    here, but due to this problem, we can't fully enjoy the Xbox. This is the only thing holding me back for a future purchase of the Xbox One.

    Guam isnt a xbox live region however it is a us territory which makea it under the us not guam

    .however you will hav issues downloading content
