Why I'm not receiving my rewards?

My profile is pending, I don't know why. I'm doing everything.

Why I'm not receiving? Whats the problem with my account? Is everything correct. Why nobody answer me 4 days?????

 

I'm not receiving reward credits

i have not been receiving my rewards at all for the past few months. For instance I have purchased For Honor and didn't receive my 5000 credits please help me sort all this out.
