    Why I’m not informed about receiving the Xbox code


    I participated the march Xbox live gold buy one get one for free promotion and I asked about the code many times but later I was on a business trip abroad and by the time I was back I sea the message on the Xbox the code already expired within less than
    a month! I cannot believe this is the promotion intend to give customer such a poor experience! Please find a way to fix this

    Yesterday I had a little over 79,00 gamerscore but before I had left to work I noticed it went back down to 73,730 I noticed games like Friday the 13th and madden 18 my achievements are there but I’m not receiving and gamer score for it. I’m not understanding
    why. Someone please help.

    Try to contact support and see if as an execional case you can do something.

    The codes received by e-mail can be exchanged from practically any browser and also from the xbox app for android.

    I still haven't received my code for Discord Nitro and EA Access and we're approaching almost a month now.

    That’s.....the whole point why I’m making this post, I’ve looked in Xbox PC app and my email for the past 2.5-3 weeks and I havent received the code yet.....

    Permanently Suspended and don’t know why

    Thanks for prompt response. I will wait and be more patient but it’s frustrating as I have no idea why I received a message stating I’m permanently suspended. Never received any other complaints over the years of using my Xbox live. Discouraging when you pump money into it. First offence for something I’m unable to address or speak to anybody about.
