Why im i still banned

I got a email from Xbox Safety Review regarding my suspension the following email says:

We have investigated your account and have verified your claims of unauthorized access. If you feel that the actions that led to your account's suspension occurred while your account was not in your possession, you will need to take additional action in order to ensure that your account is secure before the suspension can be lifted. In order to appropriately secure your account from future unauthorized access, it is imperative that you follow the steps via the following links to change your account's password and enable two-step verification:

This happened to me back in December. I was banned for no reason and after around 1 month of chasing it up i got a similar message to say it was an error but it took a few weeks for my account to get back to normal after that.

Did you manage to get it fixed yet?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand your ban was overturned. Unfortunately, you just need to wait it out. Eventually your account should be free of a ban/suspension. There is no way of contacting the enforcement team on the forums or through
any means unfortunately. Support will only direct you to
enforcement page.

As there is nothing more we can do here on the forums, I will be locking this thread.
