    Ive been a loyal Xbox customer for over a decade at this point but I cant deny the quality has gone way downhill since the 360 golden era. Yesterday for whatever reason my mic stopped working somewhat. I can hear other people but nobody can hear me. Ive
    had this problem multiple times before cant cant point to one singular problem or solution. I just came from speaking with an xbox representative and after a while of troubleshooting the conclusion was that i was probably going to have to spend more money
    to fix it. Now I do have the money to buy a new controller/adapter if that IS the problem but at this point i just dont want to anymore. Microsoft has been dropping the ball on every aspect of this console generation. Not only the fact that we had to go through
    this same problem with the 360 (nobody wants your proprietary adapters just put a 3.5 mm jack on your controllers in the first place) but many other problems with no exclusives and an underpowered console. I've gone through 3 controllers in the past year due
    to failing ports and buttons and now they tell me its probably my useless adapter that i shouldnt need in the first place. So to fix it i either need to buy a new adapter or a controller with a built in 3.5 mm jack. This whole experience has left me disillusioned
    with the xbox brand and sadly im planning on switching to a PS4 as soon as possible.

    Debating On Xbox One

    Get the X1 man. Why? Because if you get that PS4 but have been aclimated to the Xbox ecosystem, you will sell it and get the X1. Trust me. There are tons of guys like you who have done this. Once they got the X1, they felt like. "Im Home"

    You have a fair enough point for not having to pay for live. Im not disputing that. If you dont want to pay for it, dont.

    It does not matter you violated the code of conduct and were reported for it and when the enforcement team investigated it they found that there was a violation so that is why you were suspended.

    Hey there, sorry to hear about your constant issues with the controller, I personally am still using my day one controller which hasn't skipped a beat. I'm not entirely sure what anyone will be able to do for you here, other than replace the accessory again.

    Have you gotten a reply from Josh? I think it might be best sticking with that avenue as they know the history.

    If it makes you feel any better, I was once working with support to get a transfer cable and they sent me 6 versions of the same cable, it took a month before I eventually got the right one and we discovered a glitch in their system because of it.

    Anyway, good luck with it, hope you get it sorted out.

    which games are they supposedly cheating in, i play pc all the time, very difficult to cheat online and not get a vac ban or microsoft ban. so you cannot blame all pc players.

    is it just one title or are there examples of multiple titles this is happening in.

    As you say your done with xbox does that mean gaming in general as cross play is here to stay on all platforms.

    You will never know if action is taken. It is also a complete myth that you can get a suspension for doing nothing. Unfortunately you got reported, the Enforcement team investigated and issued a suspension. Nobody on here or at support can assist further.
    As stated the Enforcement team do not monitor the forum
