    Why i still ban after the ban period ended?


    Hello,i got a ban because offended a person whit a message saying hes a
    [Mod Removed - Please do not attempt bypassing the word filter.]    .I got ban for like 2 days and I'm ok whit that but i got ban from the 7th to the 9th July today's the 10th but i still ban.. Why?

    P.s. sorry for my bad english

    P.p.s. its my first ban thts why I'm a bit scared

    lag issues

    i have, sometimes, issues with lag. why is it that microsoft then thinks that it is ok to ban memoir a fix time period for an issue beyond my control? i play over online games and this is never an issue. after all like these other games i pay for them, why
    the extra punishment if you like of a ban?

    Don't know why but I've been banned several times now the first two there was a good reason but the last five have had no reason, after the first two bans i stopped talking to other players online after the ban, but i still got banned. After that ban i ignored
    nearly ever player i met but i still got banned. So does anyone know why this continues to happen even though I do nothing wrong, i also do not believe its fair to ban people for nearly a month but still take their money for a month of gold.

    So overall question why am i getting banned when i don't do anything wrong.

    Im having the exact same issue it ridiculous!!!
    Micro$oft has went full dictator mode with the xbox one. They want to eliminate freedom of speech,and punish adults as if the adults are children. I'm all for banning modders,but the communications bans,and permanent communication
    bans i have read about are ludicrous. Bans from playing multiplayer,bad rep banishment into ban rep lobbies only;it's preposterous. To add even more to that,players are still banned even when their temporary suspensions are over.

    There is only one way to fight back against these private entities...with your $$$. move to PS4 and PC,their policies are much more at ease than this. Money talks complaining only squawks. This is coming from a player that has
    never had enforcement action against his accounts,but I put my self in the shoes of others,who's stories I have read on the forums.

    Ban ended still banned

    Contact support by phone and have them look to see if you still have an active ban. I've heard of an issue where the enforcement site does not show additional enforcement actions. They will not be able to tell you why but they can see if you have an active

    This might help.

    Remove/delete your GT from your Xbox.

    Power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds, or until it turns off.

    Restart the console, and then recover the account back onto it.

    I've been told it has fixed this issue before.
    I tried this and is still says I have a ban
