So I had a communication ban for no reason what so ever and I have tried to apply for review and I had one X so I tried the quiz and failed all of them (test scores Test1: 7/8 Test2: 9/10 Test3: 9/12) and then I called Microsoft 2 times and the second time
I called you guys led me to hear so I made this note to tell you guys that I got a communication ban for no reason I have not been cursing I have not been offensive to other Xbox live players none of that. What I think happened is that some random person reported
me for no reason what so ever so I am sending this to you because I have done nothing wrong at all. From, A.K.A Rylan Strang.

please can you tell me exactly why my son has been baned! It went from being baned for 24 hrs to being baned for 2 weeks with no exact reason why so he knows what not to do again!

I HAVE HAD A 24 HOUR BAN AND FIND IT DISCUSTING HOW YOU CAN NOT FIGHT YOUR OWN CORNER BY CONTACTING THEM AFTER I HAVE BEEN PAYING WELL OVER 2 YEARS TO PLAY AND CAN NOW NOT PLAY FOR 24H THIS ISSUE NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED AND BEEN TOLD I CAN NOT DO ANYTHING I
FEEL LIKE XBOX ARE ALOWWING ON LINE BULLYING AS THIS HAS TO BE THE CASE AS I KNOW I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG

Online bullying is not allowed on xbox live.The enforcement team don't use the forums.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why you were suspended or you can log onto the enforcement site

As it's a 24 hour suspension you are not eligible for a case review because by the time your review was investigated again the suspension would be over.
