Why I keep having sound loss on Xbox series x

Hello,

Recently I start to experience sound loss on my Xbox X during my game and it’s damaging my record !!

I bought a new hdmi and still the same, changed my old tv to a new monitor, the problem still there !! I tried all settings and no success. Does anyone know what the problem could be ? Could it be the game disc itself ?! Thank you

Hello,

As I said in my previous message, I didn’t only change HDMI cable but I got also a new monitor , a new capture card and went threw all settings I even send my Xbox x back to Microsoft and it got replace and still have the same problem !!

It may be caused by the tv, hdmi cable or xbox defect.

Have you tried changing the hdmi cable?

did you try to restore your xbox?
