I think they are sleeping i have the same problem on my two xboxes))) now they are two pieces of plastic but the prise is 300$)))

Hello! for problems with account loggin, internet and also Xbox Live access... (Console Power cycle)

We recommend to perform a power cycle on your console, here in the following link are the steps...

If this is too many steps for you, just do what i do, turn it off and unplug the AC cable for 30 seconds and plug it in again, this will do the same effect than power cycle...

It doesn't solve anything .. there is a problem in live servers but no one in the xbox team cares about us .. iran .. iraq .. syria .. ukrain.. we all can't log in our accounts from 3 or 4 days

The problem is on the Microsoft servers, not on our side.

Shame on Microsoft I even can't watch film on my console lol i can do that with my phone but cant with Xbox

 

Same here, in Ukraine. I'm unable to sign in via console. And the funny thing is, unless you sign in, you cannot use any of the features - nor watching Youtube, neither launch VLC. I suggest you all to make a request to the Microsoft with kind of refund
or compensation, or prolongation for the out-of-service issue, cause a lot of us are using Xbox Gold subscription.
