    Why I got ban


    Yestreday I was playing rainbowsix siege with some friends, and later I was playing a solo game were I was'nt using the xbox party, later that day I was notified that I was banned for profannity, I dont understand why, since I was only talking with my friends,
    and we didint offended nobody, now my my conducted is'nt perfect because of that, could you please explain me why this happened? :c

    Communication ban

    yesterday I got my second communication ban for no reason and I’m not quite sure why I got it and I’ve contacted Xbox a lot yesterday and now today and I still have no clue why I got it so if you could tell me why I got the ban that would be appreciated

    If you were suspended from Halo 5 only then you'll need to take that up with the developers as Xbox cannot help with in game suspensions. Please be sure to head over to the Halo Waypoint forums for more assistance.

    We recommend to contact the enforcement team for anything related to a suspension. You can find more information here:

    You must sign in there with the account that has the suspension and there you will find an orange hammer on the first page that you would click on and it will show you your enforcement history and if the suspension is eligible there
    would be a link there to click on to file for a case review.

    A case review will allow you to appeal your suspension which an enforcement agent will look at your case again and determine if they can lift the suspension sooner.
