    I Can't Write Messages. I Tried Write In App On Phone With Windows 10 Mobile ,On Xbox One S And On WebSite. (Yes I Know I Write This With Mistakes)

    I can't write messages, why?

    Hey, if i try to write a message there is an error occuring. And for some reason i am enforced. but why?

    Can you check the following:

    Sign in on the Xbox website on https://www.xbox.com

    Then click on your account picture and from the menu choose "Messages"

    Are you able to see and send messages on the Xbox.com website?

    This is a little bit of an update on my situation, I figured out that it's not the account itself that works, but something else because, I added my second account on so that I could see wether it worked or not, and I was unable to send messages in that
    account as well, it said the same thing last time as I listed above, so I don't know if it's my internet (even though I have a Ethernet cable connecting it to my router), or it's just plainly my xbox. Thank you for the comments so far, I appreciate people

    It might be that you just need to refresh your profile data. Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account.
