    Why cant i send messages?

    When i send messages on the computer it says "due to past behavior" and even on my Xbox it says "messages did not send? And i just recently bought gold for one month. Whats going on Xbox. And i have a good reputation.

    There could be many reasons...

    You may be banned...

    Your parents may have some parental controls going on...

    Your Xbox doesn't like you...

    Everyone you're messaging has you on block...

    Basically, we here on these discussion forums probably won't figure it out but maybe someone from support can!

    If it's a new account then it sounds like something in your privacy settings.
