Why I can't see my picture in minecraft

You see my picture of a meatball? Well the Spawn egg thing you bought is just pictures of all the animals in minecraft. Xbox Minecraft does not have any spawn egg in the game.

The issue you are describing here is in-game specific issue and best address to the game developer. What we can do to help is providing you the related article that outline how to equip those skin in your profile depending on the version of Minecraft you are playing or guide you how to reach the game developer support team directly.

By the way, as a rule of thumb, you can only change your skin if you have migrated your premium account. So to change your skin, you must migrate your account to a Microsoft account. For your reference, see the related article below which was provided by the game developer.
