Why i cant purchase games by phone payment ?

After i purchase RainBow 6 seage i cannot buy another games and stuffs i rly want to buys some plats for warframe until sales will be over but i cannot please help me.I bought a lot game sby phone payment but now i cant and i dont know why.

Pay by phone isn't working for me on the Xbox One store.

I'm seeking help with an issue about a payment option. There is a payment option for phones now on the Xbox One. I don't know how long this has been here, but I noticed it and thought I would give it a try. I've already set up and verified my number. However,
whenever I go to the store and try to purchase a game or even in-game products/services, the payment option for my phone is grayed out. Thus I can't pay with my phone.

I've already contacted my provider - and there are no issues on their end with making third party transactions. Aka being able to purchase games, music, tv, in-game/app purchases.

I just want to understand why "Pay by Phone" is an option on "Xbox One" if it won't even allow me to follow through with a transaction. (Yes I've made other third party transactions outside of Xbox completely fine)

Please help me....take my money Microsoft! I know you love it!

Cannot purchase red dead redemption.

Why cant i purchase red dead redemption from the xbox one store(even though i have enough money on my account) it keeps saying to change payment option and its starting to do this with other games i try to purchase how do i fix this

I get hassled on my payments as well. They say I purchased a music pass and I never did. Microsoft stole my money. disrespected my wife on the phone and I still cant purchase xbox live!!

Check https://commerce.microsoft.com and make sure the billing address as well as payment option is correct.

Also check in the phone's Wallet app whether the information has been carried across to the phone.

Now try again.

Let us know if there's any change.
