why i cant play matchmaking mode

yes is original my game i bought on microsoft store is pc digital game and im playing with good connection never lag is ethernet connection, i only can play public matches or events because it says i need to play 5 times to play matchmaking. i reinstalled
windows 2 days ago and still equal, i dont have eny issues on other games like GTA5 etc..... Gears Of War 4 is the unique game i have issues i dont want to play public matches more

I was wondering that myself. I think its because Zombies was never originally meant to be marketed game mode. I believe it was originally designed to be for the WaW Developers to *** around with. Maybe that's why the match making portion of the game mode
doesn't have all the bugs out of it.

Now that Zombies is a popular game play mode, 3Arch needs to fix the matchmaking issues. Why cant they use the same match making process as they do for FFA multiplayer, for Zombies? Seems like that would fit.

I was recently playing MW3 and eventhough I dislike the multiplayer I have to aplaud their decision to implement a matchmaking system for the Spec Ops co-op mode.

Why do Ubisoft have to be such a bunch of daft knobs about this!?
