    Why i can’t login to xbox from LG TV?


    Recently the xbox app arrived to my C2. I downloaded the app and if i try to log in, its says: We couldnt log you in. Error happened. Also i cant log in from web browser? What should be the solution? I just reinstall the app, i have the latest update on the TV!

    Why i can’t login to xbox from LG TV?

    There is no option for restoring cache in the xbox application. I just removed and install again and still not working. I cleared the tv’s cache, also not working. I just restart my router and nothing happened.

    And i checked, Hungary is located at the supported list

    Any more advice?

    Thank you for your reply. Sounds like an issue with the TV/Xbox App.

    Try clearing the cache from the Xbox App (Settings> System> Apps & features> Select App> Advanced options> Reset) and the TV (steps depends on the model of the TV). Then, restart your internet router.

    Did you mean that you cannot log into the xbox.com using a web browser on another device (i.e. smartphone, tablet, laptop)?

    You can try logging into your Microsoft account online at account.microsoft.com and temporarily disabling two-step verification, as sometimes this can cause issues when connecting apps.

    It could be a temporary server issue on the Xbox side. Please check the status page here:

    If the issue persists, try contacting LG support to make sure this is not a limitation with the TV. You can also try with a different WiFi network or mobile hotspot to rule out the ISP.

    Why i can’t login to xbox from LG TV?

    Hi! I mean i can log in from smartphone and from pc too. But only on Smart TV, the own web browser can’t open the login option, even the xbox app can’t do it.

    When i go to xbox.com, and i press sign in, i can’t even reach the page where i can add my username or email or password. Its just trying to load the page and nothing happens, after some seconds it says, something went wrong. Also kinda the same from the xbox app.

    What should i do?
