Why I cant log in?

I am using a personal account, which was specifically created for a Minecraft account. I recently attempted to log in again.

I am using Windows. I am unsure if a screenshot would be helpful, because it is in German.

1. Which account are you using to sign in? A personal account or a work/school account?



2. Where specifically are you trying to log in to your account?
For example:

• Are you trying to log in to the Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)?
  
• Or are you trying to log in to a website through a web browser?
  

3. What device are you using? Windows/Mac/iPhone or iPad/Android?



4. Please attach a screenshot of the page when you tried to log in (showing the error message “password entered incorrectly too many times”).

According to the official Minecraft help website, it's not possible to unlink a Microsoft account from a PlayStation account to link a different account. Please note that this restriction is imposed by PlayStation, not Xbox or Microsoft, as PlayStation determines which accounts can be linked on their platform and how it's done.
