Why I cant install xbox games intob xbox for windows 10

I solved my issue, you have to press both of the button on the controller and thev button on the adaptor on the key usb, after both will blink after 5sec the xbox light will be a solid steady white light.

We understand that you would like to choose Drive K as the game installation storage however, you were unable to because of the error message. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner for you to get back to gaming.

We recommend that if your Drive K is not formatted as NTFS, you must first do that as first step. Formatting to NTFS is also required for backing up games and captures on external storage devices connected to Windows PCs. Please follow the steps below:

1. Plug the USB drive or external storage device into your Windows 10/11 PC.
   
2. Open File Explorer.
   
3. Right-click your USB drive or external storage device.
   
4. From the pop-up menu, select Format.
   
5. In the File system dropdown menu, select NTFS.
   
6. Select Start to begin formatting.

Now, here is the steps you need to follow for changing the folder of your Xbox Games installation:

1. Go to PC Settings and select System.
   
2. At the left side, please select Storage and scroll down on the options on the right side.
   
3. Look for Change where new content is saved. This will take you to a selection of drive and on the Change the New apps will save to - please select Drive K.
   
4. Launch Xbox app and go to settings.
   
5. Look for general and under Game Install Option, please select Drive K.
   
6. Then, no need to change folder, as this will default to K:\XboxGames. Should you wish to rename XboxGames, you may select Change Folder.
   
7. Restart device and try to install a game.

For the controller issue, try using Xbox Accessories app.

Install Xbox Accessories on Microsoft Store.

See if your Xbox Controller is being detected by the app.

If not, please connect it with a USB cable and try to check if the app detects the controller.
